Agreement
LessonStamp is provided by Hao Wen Long, the App Store seller and application provider.
By downloading or using LessonStamp, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA controls to the extent required.
Service description
LessonStamp is a record-keeping tool for lesson schedules, attendance, prepaid lesson credits, packages, corrections, reports, exports, and optional private iCloud sync.
It is not an accounting, tax, legal, medical, payment-processing, emergency, payroll, or communications service.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of information you enter;
- obtaining any permission required to record student or guardian information;
- reviewing attendance and credit deductions before confirmation;
- protecting access to your device and Apple Account;
- maintaining exports or backups appropriate for your business; and
- complying with applicable privacy, tax, consumer, employment, and record-keeping requirements.
Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information, use the app for unlawful purposes, or attempt to interfere with the app or Apple services.
LessonStamp Pro subscription
LessonStamp Pro is one auto-renewable monthly subscription. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. The App Store purchase sheet displays the localized monthly price that applies after the trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Trial eligibility, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, grace periods, and payment recovery are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

When no active entitlement is available, LessonStamp keeps existing records readable, searchable, exportable, and deletable. Creating or editing business records requires an active trial or subscription.
Your data and backups
LessonStamp is local-first. Optional iCloud sync depends on Apple services and the Apple Account signed into the device. You are responsible for maintaining suitable exports or backups and for checking that sync or export operations complete before relying on them.

The LessonStamp developer may update, correct, or discontinue app features as permitted by law. Availability can be affected by device storage, operating-system changes, network conditions, App Store services, iCloud status, or account settings.
No professional advice
Reports, balances, package prices, payment-status notes, and other outputs are informational records based on your entries. They are not professional, tax, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Disclaimer and limitation
The app is provided subject to Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the LessonStamp developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by inaccurate entries, deleted records, unavailable devices, third-party destinations, or unavailable Apple services.
